RETURNS

If you are not 100% satisfied with your online purchase you can return your goods, provided we get them back within 14 days of receipt and in perfect original saleable condition, in the original packaging and with all tags attached. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid labels or reimburse original or return postage fees. All returns must be sent using a tracked postal service to: DRAW GOLF LTD, 25 ST JAMES ROAD, CARSHALTON, SM5 2DT. Proof of postage and tracking information must be retained and provided via email to us until the return is fully processed. Items must be returned in their original condition, including packaging and accessories, unless otherwise agreed. Refunds or exchanges will be issued once the item has been received and inspected.
